More passengers, more Wheelyboat trips, and a wider variety of medical conditions - 2025 was another record season.
On every measure, over WABC’s operating season from April to September, numbers were up significantly. Almost 500 passengers; 100 boat trips, carrying over 100 wheelchair users and people with over 30 different illnesses and disabilities.
WABC Chairman John Jenkins MBE (pictured with friends), elaborated; “their experiences have, in many cases, been totally transformative, benefitting their health and general wellbeing”.
