Data Access, Archive and Removal Policy
Subject Data Request
Anyone who’s data Wallingford Accessible Boat Club (WABC) holds, may contact the Data Controller, Andrew Risk, to request access to all data held. This must be done in writing via email to ku.gr1776646252o.cba1776646252w@ksi1776646252r.wer1776646252dna1776646252. In accordance with UK data protection and GDPR law, all requests will be handled and fulfilled within one calendar month.
Data Archiving
WABC will hold a member’s data for as a long as it is relevant in the club’s active operations. If a member of the club leaves, WABC may hold that person’s data for 18 months or when it is shown to be no longer relevant.
Removal Policy
Via a Subject Data Request or when data is deemed no longer relevant (for example 18 months after a person revokes their involvement with the club), the Data Controller will delete all selected data, securely – as such unrecoverable. In the case of a data removal request via a Subject Data Request, this will be completed within one calendar month as per UK Data Protection & GDPR law.
